Richard A. Hoker, VICE PRESIDENT, INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Rich Hoker has served as the company's vice president and corporate controller since November 2007, when he joined the company. In January 2026, he was named interim chief financial officer. Prior to joining CF Industries, he was vice president and controller and principal accounting officer for Sara Lee Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
