CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) today announced that Daniel L.
Swenson has been named Treasurer of the company effective immediately.
Dan has been Senior Director, Investor Relations and Corporate
Communications since joining CF Industries in 2012.
Prior to joining CF Industries, Dan led investor relations at Cooper
Industries plc and Rockwell Collins, Inc. Dan spent the first decade of
his career in investment banking, executing capital market financing
transactions on behalf of clients in a variety of industries.

shareholders and investment analysts, experience which will benefit the
company as he transitions to the Treasurer role. He brings a wealth of

Dan earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA from
the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
